Razer announced its BlackWidow line of mechanical keyboard for gaming. According to the company, the BlackWidow are the real mechanical keyboards that will really enhance gaming performance.
Two keyboards are introduced, the standard BlackWidow and the BlackWidow Ultimate. Both of them feature a uniquely tactile mechanical key architecture for faster actuation and extended lifespan, which provides each key on the keyboard with a crisp response and tactile feedback similar to a mouse click. They feature fully programmable keys and 5 additional gaming keys with on-the-fly macro recording, gaming optimized key matrix, 1000Hz Ultrapolling for a blistering fast 1ms response time, gaming mode option and easy access media keys.
The BlackWidow Ultimate gets individually backlit keys with 5 levels of lighting, auido out/mic-in jacks and USB port. The BlackWidow and BlackWidow are priced at $79.99 and $129.99 respectively.
