Apricorn launches the new DVR Expander II external storage for adding more space for your DVR to store more TV shows. The new model gets a new design. It supports USB 2.0 and eSATA interface. Inside the DVR Expander II, you can expect a 7200RPM hard drive with 8MB buffer memory.
The DVR Expander II for DirecTV model is compatible HR20, HR21, HR22 HR23 receivers and is available in 1TB, 1.5TB and 2TB capacities. The DVR Expander II for Dish Network works with ViP722, ViP622 and ViP612 while the DVR Expander II for Cable is compatible with cable providers with Scientific Atlanta 8300 or 8240 series DVR. Both of them come in 500GB and 1TB capacities.
