MXI Security adds to its Stealth line the new Stealth M600 encrypted USB flash drive that has received the CESG CAPS Certification. Following this cryptographic evaluation by CESG, the drive has been formally approved for UK Government use.
The Stealth M600 is equipped with the Bluefly Portable Security Processor, the world’s first dedicated hardware security processor for USB devices, designed to protect against all forms of malware. The Bluefly processor has also received US Government FIPS 140-2 Level 3 validation.
This secure M600 has a unique integrated metal enclosure is durable, waterproof, and dustproof and includes advanced manageability capabilities such as device recycling.
CESG introduced CAPS to enable private sector companies to develop cryptographic products for use by Her Majesty’s Government (HMG) and other appropriate organisations. Providing independent evaluation that cryptographic products meet Government standards, CESG then formally approves their use by UK Government agencies and the wider public sector.
