It includes Social Beat application for easy access to social networking sites such as facebook, twitter, MySpace; VZ Navigator for turn by turn navigation and support for Verizon’s services.
For customers interested in calculating their own carbon footprints, the Intensity II offers an eco-calculator to track car fuel mileage, efficiency and estimated amount of carbon dioxide emitted. The phone’s battery cover made from 35 percent post-consumer materials, which is recycled plastic extracted from water bottles or other recycled polycarbonate materials.
The Samsung Intensity II comes in deep gray and metallic blue. It is available for $49.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a new two-year contract.
