Thecus announced its new lineup of Networked Video Recording (NVR) systems. These NVR system are actually multiple devices in one: a network video recorder, a real-time monitoring system, and a networked storage unit.
Thecus NVR88
Thecus’s NVR system are available in desktop and rackmount form factors. Models include 4-bay NVR42, 5-bay NVR55, 7-bay NVR77 and the 1U rackmount NVR46 with four drive bays and the 2U rackmount NVR88 with 8 bays. These systems supports multiple RAID modes and come bundled with NETAVIS Observer surveillance software.
