AT&T announced the launch of Sharp FX, the first quick messaging phone from Sharp on the AT&T network, which supports AT&T’s Mobile TV service. Actually, Sharp’s FX looks somehow like a Sidekick. It features a touchscreen, a slide QWERTY keyboard, a 2 Megapixel camera with camcorder and Bluetooth 2.1.
The Sharp FX supports AT&T Address Book sync, AT&T Navigator for turn-by-turn direction, and Social Net for access to multiple social networking sites. The phone is also Mobile TV-capable.
The Sharp FX will be available on 25 July for $99.99 after main-in rebate with service contract.
