Sprint announced that it will release the Motorola i1 Push-to-Talk Android smartphone on 25 July for $149.99 with a new line or eligible upgrade, two-year service agreement and after a $50 mail-in rebate.
The Motorola i1 features a 3.1-inch HVGA touhcscreen, a 5 Megapixel camera with flash and geotagging, GPS, WiFi and microSD card slot. The i1 runs Android 1.5 OS and gets Opera Mini 5 browser with Flash 8, Microsoft Document Viewer, Xora mobile workforce management solutions, TeleNavTrack and Sprint Mobile Locator applications.
