Acer brings the two new 3D-ready projectors, the X1261 and X1130P, to Canada. Both models feature DLP 3D projection capabilities and are able to deliver 3D viewing experience when combined with NVIDIA 3D Vision technology (sold separately) and a 3D Vision compatible computer.
Both Acer X1261and X1130P are projectors for home, business and classroom environments, with a valueable price. The former features XGA resolution, 2500 ANSI lumens, 3700:1 contrast ratio, and a vertical refresh rate of 50-120Hz. The X1261 is priced at CAD$599. The CAD$449 Acer X1130P boasts AVGA resolution, 3000:1 contrast ratio, 2500 lumens brightness.
Also introduced is the Acer X1230PS short-throw home theater projector, which is able to projector large images up to 109-inches diagonal even while positioned as close as 6.5-feet from the screen. It features 1024×768 XGA resolution, 2500 lumens brightness, 3000:1 contrast ratio, and 50-120Hz vertical refresh rate. It is priced at CAD$699.
All these projectors offer D-sub, composite video, component video, and S-video mini-DIN, as well as a RS232 mini-DIN control interface. The X1230PS adds USB mini B connector.
