Taiwan company Springteq has developed the WeGo heads up display (HUD) that does also GPS navigation. Basically, the WeGo is a GPS navigator that projects virtual images to showing the directions.
The WeGo is able to deliver 4.5-inch 400×240 images with 500:1 contrast ratio and 13,000cd/m2 brightness. It has built-in light sensor for auto brightness adjustment. The WeGo includes a virtual image projector and a remote control that is to attachable to the steering wheel.
Springteq will also offer the WeGo mini that only offer 3.5-inch virtual image. Both model of them are powered by Samsung’s 400MHz CPU, 64MB RAM and run Windows CE. They have 2GB internal storage and supports SD/SDHC cards.
