Samsung releases its super slim SE-S084D external DVD writer that comes with a sleek design and a stylish metallic centerline. The SE-S084D writes DVD+/-R at 8x, DVD+R DL at 8x, DVD-R DL at x, DVD+RW at 8x, DVD-RW at 6x and DVD-RAM at 5x. It can also burn CD-R/RW.
The Samsung SE-S084D features Buffer Under Run technology to prevent errors that result from writing speeds that exceed data transfer speeds, while also enabling PC multi-tasking. Samsung’s slim DVD burner will sell for $69.99.
