Vivitek shows at InfoComm its D795WT, an “Extreme” short-throw projector that is the latest addition to the company’s D7 series. Based on DLP display technology, the D795WT features 1280×800 WXGA resolution, 3000 lumens brightness, 2500:1 contrast ratio, up to 6000 hours of lamp life.
The Vivitek D795WT is 3D-ready and includes the BrilliantColor technology. It is capable of creating a 95-inch diagonal image from about 1.3-feet away. You can find HDMI 1.3, two VGA, composite and S-video inputs. The projector will be released in August 2010.
