Garmin launches the nuvi 295W GPS navigation device that has built-in WiFi connectivity and a 3 Megapixel camera with auto focus. Actually, the 295W looks just like the nuvifone G60 smartphone. Other than WiFi and camera, the 295W features a 3.5-inch touchscreen and a microSD card slot for expansion.
The nuvi 295W comes pre-loaded with detailed City Navigator NT street maps for the U.S. and Canada with nearly 6 million points of interest (POIs). It offers voice prompts, turn-by-turn direction, Auto re-route, photo navigation function and gets a full HTML browser. The 3 Megapixel camera can also geotag photos taken.
