Lenovo announced two new all-in-one desktop PCs, the IdeaCentre A700 and IdeaCentre B305, both can be equipped with optional NaturalTouch fingertip touch screen technology and a suite of touch-enabled multimedia applications. The A700 is the world’s first PC to utilize Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) touch screen technology, as used in certain medical applications, for the most reliable and responsive touch experience.
The IdeaCentre A700 is powered by up to Intel Core i7 processor and gets up to 8GB of RAM, DirectX 11 graphics and up to 2TB of storage. It comes with a unique unique 3-in-1 mouse that functions as a standard mouse, air mouse/pointer and motion-drive games controller and JBL designed speakers with Dolby Home Theater. The A700 sports a 23-inch Full HD LCD display and HDMI connector. Lenovo’s IdeaCentre B305 instead boasts up to AMD Athlon II X4 quad-core CPU and optional DirectX 11 graphics. It has a 21.5-inch display.
Both A700 and B305 include a 6-in-1 card reader and supports WiFi 802.11b/g/n. They will come in June starting at $999 and $699 respectively.
