CradlePoint announced the new MBR1200 3G/4G Router and the CBA750 3G/4G mobile broadband adapter. Both of them are compatible with most 3G/4G modems on the market as they have USB ports and ExpressCard slot. The MBR1200 adds also a PC card slot.
The MBR1200 is a router that shares 3G/4G connection via WiFi to up to 64 people. It comes with support for WiFi 802.11n connectivity offering over 780 feet of range. The MBR1200 supports multiple WiFi encryption modes (WEP and WPA/WPA2 Personal and Enterprise) and has built-in firewall and failover/failback capability. There are three USB ports, one ExpressCard slot, one PC Card Slot, and five Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports. The price is $349.99.

CradlePoint CBA750
The CBA750, on the other hand, “converts Ethernet to Mobile Broadband and Mobile broadband to Ethernet. It has three USB 2.0 ports, one ExpressCard slot and one Ethernet LAN port. The CBA750 costs $299.99.
CradlePoint’s MBR1200 and CBA750 are both powered by WiPipe technology, and working together with Sprint’s 3G and 4G networks, give businesses a primary connection for applications such as Point of Sales (POS) or redundant connection to backup wired line services.
