Sapphire launches the new Radeon HD5550 graphics card for the mainstream market. The HD5550 ULTIMATE features a 550MHz core clock speed and 800MHz memory clock speed. It sports 320 Stream processors and 1GB of video memory.
Sapphire’s Radeon HD5550 ULTIMATE comes with native CrossFire support and supports DirectX 11. It has onboard hardware UVD (Unified Video decoder) considerably reducing CPU load and delivering smooth decoding of Blu-ray and HD DVD content for both VC-1 and H.264 codecs. It offers HDMI 1.3a connector as well as DVI and VGA.
