During the CTIA Wireless 2010 last month, Kyocera showed its Zio M6000 Android smartphone. To be released in Q2 2010, the Zio features a 3.5-inch 800×480 WVGA multitouch display, a 3.2 Megapixel camera with 30fps video recording, Bluetooth,A-GPS and WiFi connectivity.
The sleek Zio M6000 has 256MB internal memory and a microSD card slot for expansion up to 32GB. It has a speakerphone, a 3.5mm jack and a USB 2.0 connector. The phone can handle playback of AAC, AAC+, eAAC and MP3 audio formats; H263, H264 and MPEG4 video formats; and BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, and SVG-Tiny image formats.
Kyocera’s Zio M6000 supports CDMA 2000 1xEV-DO rev. A network.
