Optoma announced in Taiwan two new 3D projectors, the HW536 and the EX762 both based on TI’s DLP display technology.
The Optoma HW536 is a home entertainment projector based on TI’s WXGA DMD chipset. It features 1280×800 resolution, 3000:1 contrast ratio, 2800 lumens brightness and support for Full HD input. TrueVivid image enhancement technology is also included.
The Optoma EX762 is a 3D-capable business projector with 1024×768 resolution, 4000 lumens brightness, 3000:1 contrast and 120Hz refresh rate. It offers HDMI input, Ethernet port and RS232 connector.
Also introduced is Optoma’s ZD101 3D glasses that utilizes the DLP Link technology that doesn’t requires addition 3D signal emitter.
