Acer debuts its all-new Aspire Ethos series with sleek design and multimedia features. Two models have been introduced, the 15.6-inch Ethos 8943G and 18.4-inch Ethos 5943G. The new Aspire notebooks are powered by Intel’s Core i3, Core i5 or Core i7 processors, up to 4GB of RAM and dedicated ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5850 graphics card with 1GB video RAM.
The Aspire Ethos 8943G comes with a 18.4-inch 1920×1080 Full HD LED-backlit display while the Aspire 5943G gets a 15.6-inch 1366×768 LED display. Other features include up to dual 640GB hard drive, DVD burner or Blu-ray drive, multi-in-one card reader, chiclet keyboard, optional fingerprint scanner, Dolby Home Theater audio, eSATA port and HDMI port. They support Bluetooth 2.1 and WiFi 802.11b/g/n.
