Ventev announced at the CTIA 2010 the EcoCHARGE, which is claimed to be the most advanced, energy-efficient wall charger on the market, designed to combat loss of energy, also known as Vampire Power draw, due to the use of electricity even there is no device attached to the charger.
The Ventev EcoCHARGE is available in two versions, one with micro USB connector and one with mini USB. Both models have a hidden USB port for charging another device. The EcoCHARGE is priced at $29.99. iPhone/iPod version will be released later.
Ventev also introduce the PowerCELL portable USB charger and the AlumiSNAP brushed-aluminum case.
