Active Media Products (ActiveMP) announced the 100MB/sec eSATA flash drives, available in 16GB (P16G-ESATA) and 32GB (P32G-ESATA) capacities. Based on MLC NAND flash and takes advantage of high-speed eSATA inteface, these eSATA drives offer up to 100MB/s read and 55MB/s write speeds.
Other than eSATA, the P16G-ESATA and P32G-ESATA also feature a mini USB 2.0 port for uses with any laptops or desktops with no eSATA port. The P16G-ESATA and P32G-ESATA are priced at $69.96 and $109.95.
