Acer officially announced its k11 pico projector, successor to the K10, at the CeBit 2010. The ultra compact, lightweight projector combines DLP display technology with LED lamp technology featuring 858×600 native resolution, 2000:1 contrast ratio, 200 ANSI lumens and 16.7 million colors.
The Acer K11 is able to produce 15-inch 80-inch screen size. It utilizes PhlatLight LEDs with up to 20,000 hours of laml life. The projector has built-in SD/SDHC card slot and USB port for direct media playback. It offers HDMI output as well as component and composite output.
The Acer K11 is priced at about Euro 500.
