Along with the 30-inch CG303W, EIZO releases the smaller 22-inch ColorEdge CG223W professional LCD display that is ideal for pre-press, digital photography, and broadcasting. It is based on VA LCD panel and features 1680×1050 resolution, 270cd/m2 brightness, 950:1 contrast ratio, 178-degree viewing angle, and 95% of the Adobe RGB color space. There are one DisplayPort and dual DVI-I inputs.
Like the CG303W, the CG223W features hardware calibration, 16-bit internal processing for smooth display of grayscale tones and Digital Uniformity Equalizer (DUE) function. The ColorEdge CG223W comes with EIZO’s FlexStand which offers portrait display, 174 mm height adjustment, 30-degree tilt, 344-degree swivel, and a quick release feature. It is also equipped with an EIZO-developed 3D-look up table (LUT) that improves the panel’s additive color mixture.
