Toshiba MBF2600RC 600GB 2.5-inch Enterprise Hard Drive

Toshiba announced the MBF2600RC 600 GB enterprise-classs hard drive that is the industry’s largest for a 2.5-inch HDD with a rotation speed of over 10,000RPM, matching Seagate’s new Savvio 10K.4. The drive utilizes the a 6Gb/s SAS interface data transfer rate and features a 10,025 RPM rotation rate and 16MB buffer memory. It offers a 216MB/s internal transfer rate.

Also included in the lineup is the 450GB MBF2450RC and the 300GB MBF2300RC.
