Panasonic adds two new models to its Full HD camcorder line, the HDC-HS700 and HDC-TM700 that serves as successors to the HS350, TM350, HS300 and TM300. Both models are equipped with a 7.59 Megapixel 3MOS system capable of recording 1920x1080p Full HD video, 14.2 Megapixel still images and 13.3-megapixel still images from recorded video.
The HDC-HS700 and HDC-TM700 both have a 12x optical zoom lens 35mm wide-angle, which is further enhanced by Intelligent Resolution Technology to extend the zoom to an 18x Intelligent Zoom; an electronic view finer and a 3-inch touchscreen LCD display. These two Full HD camcorders also feature Power O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilization), iA (Intelligent Auto), Smile Shot, Wind Noise Canceller, and 5.1-Channel Surround Sound System with Zoom Microphone.
The Panasonic HDC-HS700 has a 240GB hard drive while the HDC-TM700 comes with 32GB built-in flash memory and both of them can record to SD/SDHC/SDXC cards as well.
