Gefen introduces the Wireless for HDMI 60GHz extender that is capable of extending uncompressed HDMI 1.3 audio/video at resolutions of up to 1080p/60 Hz to any remote display location up to 30 feet away wirelessly.
Gefen’s Wireless HDMI system includes a Sender and a Receiver units. Obvioulsly, the HDMI source is connected to the sender unit and the receiver unit is connected to a display device with HDMI. The system utilizes multi-antenna technology from SiBEAMf for supporing 1080p Full HD resolution. It supports CEC protocols and offers an RS-232 port.
