Vodafone launches in the UK the Sure Signal cellphone signal booster (femtocell) using your home broadband. The device is able to boost the signal throughout your house for up to four people at the same time. It requires home broadband with a minimum line speed of 1Mbps and a 3G mobile phone.
Vodafone users with a GBP25 monthly plan or lower can get the Sure Signal for GBP120 and those pay more monthly can get it for just GBP50. Users may also pay GBP5 monthly for the Sure Signal.
