Sprint launches the new Motorola Brute i680 ultra rugged calmshell iDEN mobile phone that offers “best-in-class push-to-talk services” of Nextel Direct Connect. The Brute meets the Military Specification 810F for dust, shock, vibration, low temperature, high temperature, low pressure, solar radiation, salt fog, humidity and blowing rain.
The Motorola Brute comes with a 2.2-inch 176×220 internal display, a 1.3-inch external display, 2 Megapixel camera with flash, integrated GPS, stereo Bluetooth, music player and support fo microSD card up to 8GB. The phone supports geotagging for photos.
The Motorola Brute i680 is available with Nextel Direct Connect push-to-talk calling plans for $119.99.
