Popcorn Hour launches the new A-200 Networked Media Tank, basically a HD media player/streamer with Ethernet connection. The A-200 is able to stream content directly from popular Internet sites like Videocast, CNET TV, CBS/CNN channels..etc and supports media playback/streaming from other PCs in home network or internal/USB hard drive.

The Popcorn Hour A-200 sports a Sigma Designs SMP8643, 667MHz CPU, 512MB RAM and 256MB Flash memory. It offers HDMI 1.3 output as well as Component video, S-video, Composite video, analog/digital audio. It has internal mounting for SATA hard drive and two USB 2.0 HOST ports and a USB 2.0 slave port. The Networked Media Tank can handle BitTorrent download as well.

Popcorn Hour A-200 will be available for order on 18 January 2010 for $179.00. It is also available with the WN-150 WiFi adapter for $199.
