Brando offers the Unitek UADAP003900 USB 3.0 to SATA adapter that basically allows you to connect a SATA hard drive to your PC via USB 3.0. The new SuperSpeed USB 3.0 interface offers up to 5Gbps transfer rate and is backward compatible with USB 2.0.

The Unitek adapter works with both SATA I and SATA II and supports up to 2TB hard drive. It is priced at $48.
