Well, Google’s Nexus One (made by HTC) smartphone is, in fact, now semi-official. Here are more details of the Android 2.1 device. The Nexus One is just 11.5mm thick. It is boosted by the 1GHz Qualcomm SnapDragon processor, 512MB RAM and 512MB ROM. The Google Phone gets a 3.7-inch large AMOLED WVGA touchscreen and a 5 Megapixel auto focus and LED flash. The phone supports HSPA 900/1700/2100 network, which means it will work on T-Mobile US’s 3G network. According to engadget, the device will be available starting 5 January by “invitation”.
