NorhTec introduces the Gecko Surfboard, a Linux PC built into a keyboard. Looks like a standard QWERTY keyboard, the Surfboard in fact packs a 1GHz x86 SoC (system on chip), 512MB of DDR2 RAM and either SD/SDHC card or 2.5-inch IDE hard drive.
The Gecko Surfboard offers VGA and composite video output. It supports Ethernet LAN and optional WiFi and 3G. There are two USB 2.0 ports and a serial port. The Linux version of this keyboard PC costs just $99 and the Windows XP version will be priced at about $150.
