Rogers launches in Canada the Samsung Forever (SGH-A886) touchscreen mobile phone. The Forever is a featurephone with support for quad-band GSM/EDGE and WCDMA/HSDPA 3.6Mbps 3G networks, and Samsung’s TouchWiz UI.
Samsung Forever comes with a 3-inch 240×400 touchscreen, a 2 Megapixel camera with auto focus and video recording, A-GPS support, Bluetooth and FM tuner. It lacks WiFi, however. Rogers is selling the device for CA$79.99 with a 3-year contract.
