As you may know, JVC and Kenwood have merged to established a joint holding company, JVC KENWOOD Holdings, Inc. last year. Now, they introduces their first car multimedia navigation system called the Kenwood AVENUE MDV-313.
The MDV-313 features Virtual 3D maps and is pre-loaded with latest map data. It has a 6.1-inch 489×234 touchscreen display with LED backlight and built-in DVD player, 1Seg digital TV tuner, FM/AM tuner and USB port and SD card slot for MP3/WMA music playback. The system offers a max of 50Wx4 output.
The Kenwood AVENUE MDV-313 is also iPhone/iPod-ready. It will be released in December for about 90,000 Yen.
