A new PC builder called Origin PC has just introduced two gaming machines, the GENESIS desktop and the EON18 laptop.
The GENESIS can be powered by Intel’s Core i7/Core i5 or AMD’s Phenom II processors. It is equipped with ATI or NVIDIA’s graphics cards and can get up to triple 1GB NVIDIA GTX285 cards. SSDs in RAID 0, Blu-ray burner, Sound Blaster X-Fi High Definition Surround Sound Audio, liquid cooling are available as options. The GENESIS starts at $1699.
On the other hand, the EON18 is boosted by Intel Core 2 processors up to Core 2 Extreme Quad QX9300 CPU, up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM and single or dual 1GB GDDR3 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280M graphics card. The notebook packs up dual 256GB SSD in RAID 0 configuration and either a DVD burner or Blu-ray combo or Blu-ray burner. The EON18 has a 18.4-inch 1920x1080p Full HD LCD display. It starts at $2599.
