Okoro Media Systems announced the new Quantum series OMS-Q10 and OMS-Q200 mini digital entertainment systems/HTPCs. The Quantum series has a compact form factor and designed to manage music, photos, movies, and allow the HDTV recording.
The Quantum OMS-Q100 is boosted by Intel’s Core 2 Duo Mobile low voltage processor and Intel GMA X4500MHD graphics while the MS-Q200 gets an Atom 330 dual core processor and NVIDIA ION graphics. They both have 4GB of memory, 300GB hard drive (up to 1TB) and Blu-ray/DVD burner combo. The former is equippedwith dual OTA/QAM/ATSC HDTV Recording Tuners and the latter has optional External ATI Digital Cable Tuner. Both of them have HDMI output, of course.
Okoro Quantum Q100 and Q200 includes also 7.1-channel audio, a Media Center Remote control and eSATA port. They will be pre-loaded with the latest Windows 7 OS. The Q100 starts at $1395 and the Q200 at $1295.
