LG Korea announced that it is going to launch a 15-inch OLED TV in Novermber. LG’s 15-inch OLED TV will obviouly offer a large screen that Sony’s 11-inch XEL-1, the world’s first OLED TV.
LG’s new TV will be based on Active-matrix organic light-emitting diode AMOLED technology that utilizes self-glowing materials, unlike LCD that needs backlight. No words yet on pricing.
