BFG Tech introduces the EX-1000, a new modular power supply unit that features the Frequency Conversion technology, which is to improve the power efficiency at lower loads. The Frequency Conversion technology actually emulates virtually any size power supply and therefore be at least 80% efficient, even with loads as low as 10% of the unit’s maximum capability.
BFG EX-1000 is equipped with Japanese capacitors for longer life and gold-plated pins for improved conductivity. It offers six PCI Express connectors, 8-Pin PCI Express connectors and Quad 12V Rails. BFG Thermal Control Technology is also include that slows down fan during regular operation to reduce unnecessary noise.
