Panasonic Viera TH-P65V1 and TH-P58V1 NeoPDP Plasma HDTVs

Panasonic introduces in Japan the 65-inch TH-P65V1 and 58-inch TH-P58V1 plasma HDTVs, both based on Panasonic’s latest NeoPDP panel technology. These Plasmas HDTVs feature 1920×1080 resolution, 40,000:1 contrast ratio, 2,000,000:1 dynamic contrast and integrated digital TV tuner.

The TH-P65V1 and TH-P58V1 come with 5.1-channel surround sound system. They have a SD/SDHC card slot allowing playback of audio, video and image files, including AVCHD and AVCHD Lite movies. YouTube streaming is supported and internet widgets are available for online content.

They both can be connected to Panasonic’s wireless security cameras. Each of them has four HDMI ports and an Ethernet port. Panasonic Viera TH-P65V1 and TH-P58V1 will be released on 15 September.
