AT&T and Samsung are going to launch a new touchscreen phone, named Solstice (SGH-A887), on 2 August. The Solstice is a compact touch phone with a easy-to-use, polished design and social networking features.
The Samsung Solstice packs a 3-inch touchscreen, a 2 Megapixel camera, support for dual-band 3G and quad-band GSM network, Bluetooth and built-in media player. The entry-level touchscreen phone supports microSD up to 16GB. It features Samsung’s TouchWiz UI and includes widgets for Facebook, MySpace and Yahoo! oneSearch.
Samsung Solstice will be available for $99.99 with a 2-year contact after a $50 mail-in rebate.
