A-DATA announced the availability if its 4GB single module DDR3 memory, which will be available for the company’s U-DIMM RAM for desktops, SO-DIMM RAN for laptops, and unbuffered ECC-DIMM/ECC Registered DIMM RAM for workstations and servers.
A-DATA’s 4GB DDR3 single module is availale in all speed standards for all types of systems. The unbuffered ECC-DIMM and ECC Registered DIMM modules have passed the industry-benchmarking tests on compatibility and reliability with Intel Tylersburg platform and Nehalem processor.
