SteelSeries announced the Xai and Kinzu gaming mice that are intended to “provide gamers with new levels of precision, accuracy and stability to enhance performance”.
The Xai is a laser mouse with a 10.8 megapixels/second sensor offering 12,000 frames/second at 5,001 CPI (Counts Per Inch). It has 7 Programmable macro buttons and is fully configurable via LCD menu system.
The Kinzu, on the other hand is a optical mouse. It includes a 3.75 megapixels/second sensor and provides up to 3200 CPI. It has the same shape as the Xai but is 7% smaller. Along with two mice, SteelSeries introduces the 9HD hard plastic surface for enhanced tracking capabilities.
SteelSeries Xai and Kinzu will be available in August for $79.99 and $34.99 respectively.
