Along with the FinePix REAL 3D W1, FujiFilm introduces the FinePix REAL 3D V1 digital viewer, designed for you to view 3D images without wearing speical glasses. The viewer is baed on the same technology used on W1’s LCD monitor, namely 3D LCD Monitor System. The Parallax Barrier System is being used to precisely direct light to the right and left eyes in a way that simulates parallax so users can see 3D image with just the naked eyes.
The V1 has a 8-inch LCD display with 800×600 (3D mode: 400x600x2channel) resolution and 250cd/m2 brightness. Like the camera, it has a one-touch button to switch between 2D and 3D display mode. It has illuminated touch bar and touch keys. The frame offers over 20 different slideshow templates.
This 3D digital frame supports JPEG, MPO 3D image format as well as AVI and 3D-AVI video formats. It can read xD, SD/SDHC memory cards and has a mini-USB connector. It includes high-speed IR communication so it can receive directly image data from the FinePix REAL 3D WI digital camera. The V1 will probably be released along with the W1.
