UK online retailer Expansys is now accpeting pre-order for Toshiba TG01 smartphone, Sony Ericsson Satio 12 Megapixel phone, Samsung i7500 Android phone and LG GD910 3G watch phone. These phones are either UK or EU versions and prices have not been announced, though in Expansys HK, the Satio is listed for HK$5680 (US$740). It looks like these phones will be released pretty soon.
Also in the pre-order list is the Palm Pre EU version. The product page does not mention network supported but I believe it will be the GSM/WCDMA version as most European countires use GSM/WCDMA networks.
