Seagate presents a new line of FreeAgent for Mac storage devices, including FreeAgent Go Drive, FreeAgent GO Pro, FreeAgent Desk Drive and a FreeAgent Go Dock+ with USB hub.
The FreeAgent Go Drive for Mac is a USB compact external hard drive. It is available 250GB ($99.99), 320GB ($119.99) and 500GB ($149.99)capacities. The FreeAgent GO Pro for Mac is a compact external drive that runs at 7200RPM and includes FireWire 800/400 connections. The price is $129.99 USD for 250GB, $149.99 USD for 320GB and $189.99 for 500GB.
The FreeAgent Desk Drive for Mac is a desktop drive with 2TB capacity and a FireWire 800/400 connection. It costs $399.99. These FreeAgent for Mac drives feature a brushed aluminum arctic silver finish that is a perfect match for the iMac and Macbook/Pro notebooks.
The company launches also the FreeAgent Go Dock+ is a dock for FreeAgent GO drives that offers three USB ports to serve as a USB hub. The Dock+ works with both Mac and Windows PC. It is priced at $39.99.
