QNAP introduces theTS-239 Pro, a 2-bay model of its Turbo NAS series. The TS-239 Pro is boosted by an Intel Atom 1.6GHz processor, 1GB RAM and 128MB flash memory. It offers two 3.5-inch SATAI/II drive bays with hot-swappable and lockable trays. Other than three USB 2.0 ports, the Turbo NAS has two eSATA ports and two Ethernet sockets.
Designed for small business, the QNAP TS-239 Pro features advanced RAID protection, built-in iSCSI target service, and AES 256-bit volume-based encryption. It supports file sharing across Linux, UNIX, Mac, and Windows platforms and can be used as file serves, web server, MLDonkey eMule and Bittorrent download client. The NAS offers software expansion via QPKG Center.
