Olympus announced the new E-450 digital DLR camera, which is an upgrade to the E-420. The E-450 shares the form factor of the E-420, the world’s smallest DSLR. The E-450 features a 10 Megapixel Live MOS image sensor, and TruePic III+ image processor. It offers ISO up to 1600, On-Screen Autofocus, Face Detection, Live View, Shadow Adjustment Technology and Perfect Shot Preview.
Olympus E-450 includes a 2.7-inch HyperCrystal II LCD display. The DSLR offers Dust Reduction System with Supersonic Wave Filter. It supports CompactFlash Type I & II, Microdrives, and xD-Picture Cards.
The Olympus E-450 will be available as a two-lens kit that includes ED 14-42mm f3.5/5.6 Zuiko Digital Zoom Lens and ED 40-150mm f4.0/5.6 Zuiko Digital Zoom Lens for $699.99.
