Mitsubishi announced two new ultra-quiet projectors, the WD3300U and XD3200U, both based on Texas Instruments’ DLP technology. Designed for lecture halls, large classrooms, boardrooms and other presentation rooms, these DLP projectors operate at a low 26dBA noise level using the low mode.
Mitsubishi’s WD3300U features a 1280×800 WXGA resolution and 4000 lumens brightness while the XD3200U offers 1024×768 XGA resolution and 4500 lumens. Both of them include a new lamp drive system designed to reduce the overall deterioration rate of the lamp. With the new design, the projector lamp retains consistent projection brightness over a longer period of time while having an estimated lamp life of up to 4000 hours in low mode.
Mitsubishi’s new projectors comes with also TI’s BrilliantColor technology. They have an HDMI input and integrated 10-watt speaker. WD3300U and XD3200U is now available now.
