Sharp brings to the CES 2009 its first 2.1-channel sound bars, the HT-SB300 and the HT-SB200. Both sound bars comes with ledt and right speakers as well as a subwoofer offering 34-watt output. They support HDSS (high-definition sound standard) sound technology and SRS WOW HD Sound.
The Sharp HT-SB300 comes with also support for digital audio decoding with DTS, Dolby Digital and Dolby Pro Logic II and Dolby Virtual Speaker for simulating 5.1 channel surround sound. It comes with also a subwoofer output jack.
Both Sharp HT-SB300 and HT-SB200 have dual audio inputs, right and left RCA jacks and a 3.5mm sub mini jack. Sharp HT-SB300 will be available in April for $299.99 while the HT-SB200 in January for $249.99.
