In addition to the MD series, Gateway anounced also the UC series 13.3-inch laptop for mobile entertainmen. Comes with a chic portable design, the Gateway UC is powered by Intel’s Core Duo, Core 2 Duo or Pentium processor, up to 4GB of RAM, Intel’s GMA 4500MHD graphics and up to 320GB hard drive. ATI Mobility Radeon 3470 option is available.
The UC series comes with also a slot-loading DVD burner, a 13.3-inch Ultrabright 1280×800 TFT LCD display, 4-in-1 card reader, WiFi 802.11b/g/n and a 1.3 Megapixel webcam.
The Gateway UC Series starts at $749.99. One of the models, Gateway UC7807u priced at $799.99, gets an Core 2 Duo T6400 2GHz processor, 3GB of RAM, GMA 4500MHD, 250GB hard drive and a 8X DVD burner.
