Lenovo is upgrading its IdeaPad S10 netbook with multi touch touchpad and facial recognition technology. The new IdeaPad S10 comes with a new Lenovo tool, the “LenovoSocial that comes preloaded on the netbook as a shortcut, users can easily connect to a resource portal that will help them navigate the vast options for participating in social networking”.
Lenovo’s IdeaPad S10 has a 10.2-inch LED backlit dipslay and features the VeriFace Facial recognition technology, multi-touch functionality on the touchpad and Lenovo’s OneKey Rescue System. The S10 is based on Intel’s Atom processor.
The new Lenovo IdeaPad S10 will be available beginning in March for $349.
